Granola sem glúten e açúcar | Gluten and sugar free granola
granola! Whether for breakfast or a light snack, it always tastes well with a
vegetable drink or yogurt. But it is rare to find a granola with the
price-quality relationship that I seek and that does not have added sugars.
Therefore, in most cases, I make my own granola at home. This was delicious and
has no gluten or added sugars. I’ve just used a thread of olive oil and peanut
butter to toast. Totally addictive !!
gluten free Oat
coconut blades (grated coconut)
tablespoons peanut butter soup
oven to 200ºC.
almonds and hazelnuts until coarsely chopped.
minutes (after 7 minutes mix the cereal again for toasting those left below).
cool and store in a jar.
