Barras de Cereais com Maca
Estas barras de cereais são super fáceis de fazer e constituem um snack excelente antes do exercício. Possuem hidratos de carbono de absorção rápida e média e gorduras insaturadas que nos permitem ter energia ao longo de um treino de intensidade. A Maca é um superalimento energizante e adaptogénico que nos ajuda a retardar a sensação de fadiga durante o exercício físico. Podem adaptar com os cereais que quiserem, substituir os frutos secos por sementes à escolha, juntar bagas de goji ou passas, usar azeite em vez de óleo de coco, substituir a manteiga de amendoim por manteiga de amêndoa ou de sésamo, substituir a maca por proteína de canhamo/ervilha ou por outro superalimento á vossa escolha. Barras de cereais com maca (18 barras)
e o óleo de coco. Misture tudo até obter uma pasta uniforme sempre com o lume
médio/baixo, para não queimar.
com a maca e o sal. Misture com o preparado de agave e misture bem.
mistura para um tabuleiro (a mistura deve ficar com 1 a 2 dedos de altura),
forrado com papel vegetal. Pressione bem para que fique uniforme com a forma de
um retângulo e leve ao frigorífico durante 1 hora para que fiquem firmes. Corte
em barras e vá consumindo deixando sempre o preparado no frigorifico (até 2
semanas no máximo).

during exercise. You can adapt to the cereals you want, substitute nuts for
seeds of your choice, join goji berries or raisins, use olive oil instead of
coconut oil, substitute peanut butter for almond or sesame butter, replace the
litter by hemp/pea protein or other superfood will your choice. On this basis recipe
you can venture to endless flavors 🙂
oats
nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc …)
half of puffed rice
salt
tablespoon of powdered maca
agave or honey
peanut butter
tablespoons coconut oil dessert
mix the peanut butter, agave and coconut oil. Mix everything until a uniform
paste always with medium/low heat to prevent burning.
mix the oats, the rice and the nut mix with maca and salt. Toss with cooked
agave and mix well.
mixture into a tray (the mixture should have 1-2 fingers high), lined with
parchment paper. Press well to even it up in the shape of a rectangle and
refrigerate for 1 hour to stand firm. Cut into bars and leave them ready in the
refrigerator (up to two weeks maximum).
